The founder of Gunslinger Salsa, Randy Svetlik, has always loved growing peppers and cooking. In 2020 he began making salsa from his extra Serrano peppers and would give jars to friends, neighbors, and family. From 2020 to 2021 he experimented with the recipe, and being an Engineer at NASA, he sought to engineer the perfect salsa. Our salsa brings the perfect blend of flavor, texture, thickness, heat, and smoke. In early 2021 Gunslinger Salsa, LLC was born, and we’re blessed to be able to share this wonderful product with the world!
The flavor is smokey and natural. The salsa is thick and not runny, so it sticks to your chip.
